Please come to the entrance facing 15th street (next to the driveway).
Park on street, or driveway. Bikes park in back yard for safety.
- Please wear comfortable, loose fitting, or stretchy clothing, preferably not denim
- Cash, check, or card accepted
- Auto accident PIP claims, and workmans comp. can be billed (bring referral from a physician, and claim number to first session)
- Health Insurance is handled by the client, payment is given the day of treatment, and insurance compensates if the plan covers the treatment. Call your insurance to find out if you have coverage.

- A LATE CANCELATION WITHIN 24HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN THE TIME BEING BILLED TO YOU
